Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms cover use of SunGame, a free browser game site from BloomStudios (bloomstudios.co.in). They are written in plain language and are not legal advice. By playing or signing in, you agree to them.

The games

SunGame offers free-to-play browser games. No purchase is required to play.

Accounts

• Use one account for yourself.
• Pick a unique display name.
• Do not cheat, abuse the service, harass other players, or try to break the site.

We may limit or close an account that breaks these rules.

Guests

You can continue as a guest. If you later claim an email on that guest session, we merge the guest into that account so the same player is kept when the email is free.

Our content

SunGame, the games, and the site design belong to BloomStudios. You may play them. You may not copy or resell them.

The service

SunGame is provided as-is. Features can change, pause, or stop. We do not promise that play will always be available or error-free.

Liability

SunGame is a free game site. To the extent allowed by law, BloomStudios is not liable for loss or damage from using the site, including lost progress. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

India

BloomStudios is an Indian proprietor company. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
